A whirlwind tour of the Careers app — the sidebar, the home page, and where to find every major workflow.

Getting started

Five-minute orientation. Read it once and you'll know where everything lives.

The sidebar is your map. It's grouped into three blocks:

Group	Items	What's there
Platform	Home, Applicants, Uploaded Jobs, Public Jobs, Employers	The five primary workspaces. You'll spend most of your time in Applicants and the two job lists. Uploaded Jobs are your team's own postings (editable). Public Jobs is the curated feed Mapademics maintains for your organization (read-only).
Data Import	Data Import	Bulk uploads, import history, and the background-task monitor.
Settings	Settings	Organization settings, team management, the Resume Upload Widget, and Applicant Tracking statuses.

At the very top of the sidebar you'll find:

Your organization name and logo.
A Help… field. Click it (or press ⌘K) to open Arlo, the in-app AI assistant.

At the bottom: your own user menu.

The Home page

The Home page is a dashboard of shortcuts, not a real workspace. You'll see:

Get Started — three large cards for the most common first-time setup actions: adding applicants, adding your own jobs, and inviting your colleagues.
Explore Your Data — quick links into the Applicants and Jobs lists.
Quick Links — Settings and Users.

You can ignore Home once you're set up. Most days you'll go straight to Applicants.

Browse the curated job feed Mapademics maintains for you.	Public Jobs	Public Jobs
See which of your applicants match a job an employer is hiring for.	Employers → click an employer → Job Postings tab	Employers
Invite a teammate.	Settings → Users	Inviting your team
Watch an upload finish.	Data Import → Background Tasks	Bulk-importing data
Ask the in-app assistant a quick question.	Sidebar Help… or ⌘K	Arlo, your in-app helper
