Getting started
Five-minute orientation. Read it once and you'll know where everything lives.
The sidebar
The sidebar is your map. It's grouped into three blocks:

| Platform | Home, Applicants, Uploaded Jobs, Public Jobs, Employers | The five primary workspaces. You'll spend most of your time in Applicants and the two job lists. Uploaded Jobs are your team's own postings (editable). Public Jobs is the curated feed Mapademics maintains for your organization (read-only). |

At the very top of the sidebar you'll find:
- Your organization name and logo.
- A Help… field. Click it (or press ⌘K) to open Arlo, the in-app AI assistant.
At the bottom: your own user menu.
The Home page
Home is a board of your applicant pipeline, grouped by tracking status. Each status is a column — laid out in the order you set under Settings → Applicant Tracking — and every applicant sits under their current status, with a count on each column header.

| Columns | One per status (for example, New, In Progress, Hired), left to right in your configured order. |
| Cards | One per applicant, showing name, email, resume count, and how recently they were touched. |
Drag a card from one column to another to change that applicant's status; click a card to jump straight into their profile; click the link icon on a column header to open the full Applicants list filtered to that status. Where each workflow lives
