Applicant Outcome Surveys

Outcome survey reporting

The admin view of Applicant Outcome Surveys across your organization — who was asked, who answered, and what they said.

Outcome survey reporting

Outcome Surveys in the sidebar is the org-wide view of Applicant Outcome Surveys. It answers who has been asked, who answered and how, and what they said in the survey. Like Coach Analytics, it is admin-only.

The window

A picker at the top right scopes the page: Last 30 days, Last 90 days (the default), Last 180 days or All time. The choice is in the page URL, so a scoped view is a link you can share.

Overview

The cards

CardWhat it counts
Eligible nowApplicants who are eligible today, waiting or being asked. The only card that is not bounded by the window.
Sequences startedApplicants whose first survey went out in the window.
Surveys sentEvery email in the window, asks and reminders.
Answered yesYes clicks in the window, with the response rate.
Answered noNo clicks in the window, with the same rate.
No replySequences that ran out of sends in the window with no answer.
UnsubscribedApplicants who withdrew consent through the email's link in the window.

Every card is a button. Click one to narrow the Applicants table to the people it counts; a chip above the table names the filter and the period, with Clear to remove it.

The chart

A bar per week, sends against answers, zero-filled across the window.

The Applicants table

Every applicant who has ever been eligible, as they stand today.

ColumnWhat it means
ApplicantLinks to the applicant profile.
CoachThe assignee.
StatusEligible (waiting), Sending, Finished or Not eligible.
AnswerYes, No or No reply — the applicant's latest click.
SendsEmails sent in the current sequence.
Last sentThe most recent email.
Answered onThe most recent Yes or No.
Survey submittedWhen the survey was filled in.

Search by name, filter on Status and Answer, and use Columns to hide what you do not need.

Read the response rate against its window. It is answers divided by sequences started in the same period. Right after a trigger change, many sequences have started and few have had time to be answered, so the rate reads low for a few weeks and recovers on its own.

Responses

One row per applicant who submitted the survey in the window: Applicant, Coach, Answered on, then one column per question.

Columns line up across every survey you have published. A question copied by Duplicate keeps its column; a renamed question keeps its column under the newest label; a question added in a later survey is a new column, empty for applicants who answered before it existed. Text answers appear as written, choices by their labels, scales as n of max, and Yes / No as Yes or No.

Search, sort and Columns work as on the other tables. Export CSV downloads the whole table.
