My Account

Your own profile, your personal resume upload link, and the message centre where support replies land.

My Account

My Account is your personal corner of the workspace — as opposed to Settings, which is your organization's. You'll find it in the sidebar just above Settings.

It has two tabs: Profile and Messages.

Profile

Your display name and email.

  • Name — edit it and click Save. This is the name teammates see on the applicants you're assigned to, in the assignee picker, and on the Coach Analytics table, so make it the name your colleagues would recognise.
  • Email — shown for reference and not editable here. It's the address your invitation went to and the one you sign in with. If it needs to change, ask an admin to re-invite you at the new address; see Inviting your team.

If your organization has the Resume Upload Widget enabled, your Profile tab also shows a personal upload link, with a button to copy it.

It's the ordinary widget link with your attribution attached. Anyone who submits a resume through your link becomes an applicant assigned to you, rather than being routed by the organization's assignment strategy.

That makes it the right link to use whenever the applicant is already yours:

  • In your email signature.
  • On a personal booking or scheduling page.
  • Handed out at an event you're staffing.

Your personal link overrides the organization's assignment strategy. If your workspace is set to Round-robin, Capacity-based, or Leave unassigned, a submission through your personal link still lands with you. The strategy only decides where unattributed submissions go. See Assignment strategy.

If the widget is switched off for your organization, no link appears — there's nothing to hand out until an admin enables it.

Messages

Messages is where anything you send through the Feedback button comes back to you. Every submission becomes a thread with its own reference, and replies from the Mapademics team land here rather than in your inbox alone.

The tab shows an unread count, and the same count appears as a badge on My Account in the sidebar — so you can see at a glance that someone has replied without opening anything.

For the full flow — sending feedback, what the columns mean, and how to reply — see Support.
